I’m an average guy with an average background. In high school I found refuge lifting weights to get better for sports. It helped me develop a passion for fitness and as made my way through college and after, I learned everything I could about working out, nutrition and health in general. I became a trainer and came to find that many people had common body issues that they wanted to fix. One being the inspiration for this program.

Growing up I was never a gym rat or fantastic athlete but always loved fitness, sports and most anything active really. Over the past 15 years I’ve been a coach, athlete, certified trainer, competitor and disciple of various fitness programs (Crossfit, West Side Barbell, Krav Maga, various sports, etc). It’s been my passion to learn how the body works and understand how I can build mine as well as others the way they want it to look, work and feel.

That passion carries over into the Bigger Better Butt program.
